  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  • Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a separate large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
