  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
  • Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the empty space.
  • Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the wok and pour the sauce over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious vegetable lo mein!
