Ingredients
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onions, and bell peppers on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables on each tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
