Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the vampire steaks with the olive oil mixture and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinated steaks on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
  • While the steaks are roasting, place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the unsalted butter, heavy cream, roasted garlic cloves, and grated Parmesan cheese to the pot.
  • Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
