Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into burger patties.
  • Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • While the burgers are cooking, place the bacon slices on the grill or skillet and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • When the burgers are almost done, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt for 1-2 minutes.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each hamburger bun, followed by ketchup. Place a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a pickle slice on top of the ketchup.
  • Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top of the pickles, followed by 2 slices of bacon. Add a spoonful of diced onions on top of the bacon.
  • Finally, place the top half of the hamburger bun on top of the onions to complete the ultimate bacon cheeseburger.
  • Serve the burgers immediately and enjoy!
