Ingredients
- 4 turkey sausage patties
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage patties over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until they are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place 2 cooked turkey sausage patties in the center of the tortilla. Spoon half of the scrambled eggs on top of the sausage. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortilla and filling.
- If desired, heat the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side to melt the cheese and warm the tortilla.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
