Instructions

  • Place the turkey cutlets between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  • Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dredge each turkey cutlet in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded turkey cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
