Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 1/2 pound of sliced turkey breast
- 6 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise evenly on 3 slices of bread.
- Layer the turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top of the mayonnaise-covered bread slices.
- Spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise evenly on the remaining 3 slices of bread, then place them on top of the layered ingredients to form 3 sandwiches.
- Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each sandwich.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the ingredients are heated through.
- Slice each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
