Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place 2 slices of turkey bacon in the skillet and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining bacon slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Divide the shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the tortillas, leaving a border around the edges.
- Place 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon on each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up tightly, starting from the bottom.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
