  • Top the cheese with 2 slices of turkey on each sandwich.
  • Cover the turkey with the remaining 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
  • Place the remaining 2 slices of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
  • Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the top of each sandwich.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down.
  • Spread the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the top of each sandwich.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
