- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the diced turkey, potatoes, green beans, and corn.
