Instructions

  • Stir in the minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute to remove the raw flour taste.
  • Gradually pour in the chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Add the diced potatoes and bring the soup to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in the cooked turkey and pour in the milk. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the soup is heated through and slightly thickened.
