Instructions

  • Layer 2 slices of roasted turkey breast on each of 2 bread slices.
  • Top the turkey with the sliced avocado, dividing it evenly between the 2 sandwiches.
  • Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the avocado on each sandwich.
  • Top with the remaining 2 slices of bread to form 2 sandwiches.
  • In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet when flipping the sandwiches to cook the second side.
