Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced red onion, diced celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Lay out the tortillas and divide the mixed greens evenly among them, spreading them out in a line down the center of each tortilla.
  • Spoon the tuna salad mixture evenly over the mixed greens on each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly, enclosing the filling.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  • Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later.
