Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cans of drained tuna, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 beaten egg, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Form the tuna mixture into 4 patties.
