Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained tuna, steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
