Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and additional pineapple slices for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped pineapple, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
