  • 8 oz of lo mein noodles
  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

  • Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
  • Return the tofu to the pan and add the cooked lo mein noodles.
  • Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetable mixture, tossing everything together until well coated and heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
