Ingredients
- 4 tiger steaks, 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Brush tiger steaks with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, diced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, and remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well to combine.
- Slice the tiger steaks against the grain and top with tangy mango salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
