Instructions

  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Brush tiger steaks with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, diced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, and remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well to combine.
  • Slice the tiger steaks against the grain and top with tangy mango salsa.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
