  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Rub the tiger steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • While the steaks are resting, place the diced potatoes and minced garlic in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
  • In the same pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the cooked potatoes and garlic, then mash until smooth. Gradually stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the garlic mashed potatoes among 4 plates. Slice the tiger steaks and place on top of the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
