Ingredients
- 4 thin chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the thin chicken breasts on a cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano.
- Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with the olive oil and spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
