Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of grilling, brush each patty with barbecue sauce and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of bacon, tomato slices, crispy fried onions, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Place the top half of the bun on top.
- Serve the Western burgers with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
