  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

The Mushroom Swiss Burger has a rich history dating back to the 1960s, when it first gained popularity in the United States. This classic burger features a juicy beef patty topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese, creating a savory and indulgent flavor profile. Chefs across the country have put their own spin on this beloved dish, with variations ranging from gourmet to traditional. Today, the best versions of this burger can be found in renowned burger joints and upscale restaurants, where the quality of the beef, the earthy flavor of the mushrooms, and the creamy Swiss cheese are key components to get right.
