Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments of choice for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, making sure the cheese and bacon are evenly distributed inside each patty.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun, then topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments of choice. Add the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
