Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, making sure the cheese and bacon are evenly distributed inside each patty.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster for 1-2 minutes.
