Instructions

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  • Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  • Add 1 sliced red bell pepper and 1 sliced yellow bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until slightly softened.
