Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook and stir until heated through.
- Spread the ground beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
