Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook and stir until heated through.
  • Spread the ground beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
