Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mango puree, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, and 1/4 cup of lime juice. Set aside.
  • Season 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
