  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
