  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and dark corn syrup. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, then sprinkle the chopped pecans over the mixture.
  • In another small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Separate the biscuit dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then roll in the sugar mixture to coat. Place one whole pecan in the center of each ball.
  • Place the coated dough balls into the muffin cups on top of the pecan mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Allow the buns to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then carefully invert the tin onto a serving platter to release the sticky buns. Serve warm and enjoy!
