Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup whole pecans
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and dark corn syrup. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, then sprinkle the chopped pecans over the mixture.
- In another small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Separate the biscuit dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then roll in the sugar mixture to coat. Place one whole pecan in the center of each ball.
- Place the coated dough balls into the muffin cups on top of the pecan mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow the buns to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then carefully invert the tin onto a serving platter to release the sticky buns. Serve warm and enjoy!
