  • While the shrimp is steaming, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
