Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, the juice of 2 limes, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then add them to the bowl with the sriracha lime marinade. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are in a single layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy!
