Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1.5 lbs of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of diced onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the spicy turkey meatloaf slices and enjoy!
