Ingredients
- 1 lb of sliced turkey breast
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of hot sauce
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced turkey breast, sliced avocados, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and thinly sliced jalapeno.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the turkey and avocado mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Lay out the lettuce leaves and divide the turkey and avocado mixture evenly among them.
- Roll up the lettuce leaves and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
