Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)

- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Soy sauce, for serving
- Pickled ginger, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make spicy mayo.
- Lay a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface and place a sheet of nori on top, shiny side down.
- With wet hands, spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Spread a thin layer of spicy mayo over the rice.
- Arrange the tuna, cucumber, and avocado in a line across the center of the rice.
- Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly, starting from the edge closest to you.
- Sprinkle the top of the roll with sesame seeds and gently press to adhere.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 6-8 pieces.
- Serve the spicy tuna rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
