  • Add the cleaned mussels to the skillet and stir to coat them with the garlic and chili mixture.
  • Pour in the crushed tomatoes and white wine, then cover the skillet and let the mussels simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until they have opened. Discard any mussels that do not open.
