Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1/2 pound lump crabmeat, drained and picked over for shells
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the reserved mushroom stems finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, lump crabmeat, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
