Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb of ground beef, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of Sriracha sauce and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to make the Sriracha aioli.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Spread the Sriracha aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked burger patty on top, then add a slice of tomato, a few slices of red onion, and a lettuce leaf. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve the spicy Sriracha aioli burgers immediately and enjoy!
