  • 4 martini glasses

Instructions

  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cooled, drain and chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup horseradish, 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon celery salt. Adjust the spiciness to your preference by adding more hot sauce if desired.
  • Add the diced cucumber, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro to the sauce and mix well.
  • Divide the shrimp evenly among the 4 martini glasses. Spoon the spicy cocktail sauce over the shrimp in each glass.
