Spicy pork cracklings with a honey glaze have a rich history rooted in Southern cuisine. This delectable dish combines the crispy texture of pork cracklings with the sweet and spicy flavors of a honey glaze. Renowned chefs in the Southern United States, such as Sean Brock and Edward Lee, have popularized this dish in their restaurants, infusing it with their own unique twists.
