Bacon-Wrapped Spicy Jalapeno Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 6 slices of bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, using all of the mixture evenly among the mushrooms.
- Wrap each stuffed mushroom with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place them on the wire rack on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
