  • 1/4 cup of canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the chicken mixture with sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy!
