  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of chipotle aioli on each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Layer 4 slices of deli turkey on 2 slices of the bread.
  • Top the turkey with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese on each sandwich.
  • Add the sliced red onion and pickled jalapenos on top of the cheese.
  • Close the sandwiches with the remaining 2 slices of bread, aioli side down.
