Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 minced chipotle peppers, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Set aside.
  • Divide 1 lb ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
