Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
