- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
