Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with 1/4 cup of hot sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the Caesar-dressed lettuce evenly among them.
