Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with 1/4 cup of hot sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • In a separate bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the Caesar-dressed lettuce evenly among them.
  • Top the lettuce with the cooked spicy chicken strips, grated Parmesan cheese, croutons, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  • If desired, heat the wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side to warm them up before serving.
