Ingredients
- 5 pounds live crawfish
- 6 quarts water
- 1 cup Cajun seasoning
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1 head garlic, halved
- 2 onions, quartered
- 6 ears corn, halved
- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large stockpot, bring 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add the Cajun seasoning, lemons, garlic, and onions.
