Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush each patty with BBQ sauce and top with cheddar cheese. Place the bacon on the grill and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with 2 slices of bacon, red onion, pickles, and jalapenos. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce if desired. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
