- 1/2 cup spicy chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of spicy chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the kangaroo steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat each steak evenly. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the kangaroo steaks from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Be careful not to overcook, as kangaroo meat is best served medium-rare to medium.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your spicy barbecue grilled kangaroo steaks!
