Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed tofu with the sriracha mixture until well coated.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the tofu to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure the tofu pieces are spread out in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds before serving.
