Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed tofu with the sriracha mixture until well coated.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the tofu to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure the tofu pieces are spread out in a single layer.
